TENAYA, TAHOMA & TUOLUMNE Each of these classic log cabins evokes childhood memories of woodland fairy tales. Having reserved one, you will arrive to find what Little Red Riding Hood might’ve found having skipped across the river and through the wood. Behind high peaked windows & robust log construction awaits the comfort of queen feather beds and the warmth & romance of glass-fronted fireplaces. With private bathroom, sitting area, small refrigerator, coffee maker and a basket of breakfast goodies, you may even enjoy waking up! Double occupancy: $155 plus tax.
TURIYA GUESTROOM Turiya, the state of ultimate harmony. You will delight in this peaceful guestroom—a private Zen garden with waterfalls and pools at your door. THE THREE BEARS’ COTTAGE When Baby Bear left the nest and Mom and Pop moved to a smaller den, Wellspring inherited their family cottage. Decorated with pine paneling and unique log furniture, the cottage interior includes a Mama-bear size kitchen, living and dining room, glass-fronted woodstove, private bedroom with four-poster bed, private bathroom with shower and even a washer and dryer. Includes living room with queen hide-a-bed. $175 plus tax for three.
THE GRACE WEST GUESTROOM As part of The Woodland Spa, and adjacent to the massage room, this restful room invokes a strong feeling of oneness with its natural forest surroundings. Outside, the sound of falling water and a forest pond; inside, the comfort of a queen feather bed. Depending on massage schedules it may be necessary to share the bathroom until 9pm. After nine, Grace West guests enjoy exclusive use of the hot tub, wood-fired sauna and, of course, the bathroom. $155 per night plus tax includes a breakfast basket. THE TREEHOUSE No kidding! Perched 15 feet above the ground between two large fir trees is our tiny little house built for two. Inside is a queen bed, and Wellspring’s only DVD player. (Sorry, no cable here, TV plays DVDs only.) Below, in the skirts of the host firs, is the “green room” with tables & chairs, hammock and private bathroom with shower. $95 per night plus tax, includes a breakfast basket. TATOOSH ROOM Spacious, comfortable, romantic; you’ll forget Tatoosh isn’t your own home, and then you’ll wish it was. Features a huge stone fireplace at the foot of your bed, a Jacuzzi tub for two with waterfall shower in the bathroom, a full kitchen and a custom-built ten-foot cedar dining table. It’s no wonder Vice President Al Gore chose to stay here before he climbed Mount Rainier in 1999. THE NEST You won’t believe your luck when you come to roost in The Nest. This uniquely romantic room has all the features of any respectable nest: second-story height, a view of the stars and a snuggly feather queen bed suspended from the ceiling. As part of The Tatoosh Lodge building, The Nest has a separate entrance and private downstairs bathroom. $115 per night plus tax includes a breakfast basket. Only space for two lovebirds.
TATOOSH ROOM with LOFT This accommodation starts with The Tatoosh Room and adds another bathroom and the upstairs loft that sleeps eight people in cozy twin beds. Although downstairs you may sip wine and feel like a grownup, under your covers upstairs you and your loft-mates may succumb to the giggles as you stretch out the day under the light of bedside reading lamps. $475 per night plus tax, maximum occupancy is twelve.
TATOOSH LODGE Our largest single accommodation, you may reserve the entire Tatoosh Lodge. Included are The Nest, The Tatoosh Room, full kitchen, two bathrooms and The Loft. At $575 plus tax, The Lodge comfortably sleeps fourteen, perfect for an adult family reunion, a women’s group, book club, or quiet retreat for favorite friends. If the yurt is added, the ingredients for a perfect workshop, retreat or seminar are yours!
TROPICS Ahhh! A tropical dream come true. Slip off your shoes at the door and step into six inches of white sand. A king-sized four-palm waterbed invites you to catch the wave and float into another world. The sandman will surely find you sleeping soundly here, but perfect little brushes at bedside keep sand from your sheets. Perhaps the Northwest’s most pampered “camping” opportunity, Wellspring’s TROPICS is a canvas-walled tent cabin tucked in the woods along a forested trail. TIMBUKTU Our romantic African safari “hut”, decadently appointed to keep you comfortable while you’re out in the bush. Can be set up with two twin beds or one savannah king. TRAILS END Quiet, peaceful, private, Trail’s End makes a cozy hideaway for two, or an adventurous family base camp.
